I am please to share that I am now employed full time by the Non-Profit Association Sacha Munay. Sacha Munay is financailly supported by the Yoga and retreat center of the same name.
Officially my job translates to ‘Leader of Permaculture Projects’. Some of our projects include:
- Creation of a nutritional bar to supplement the diet of local children.
- Selling theses bars to raise funds for the NGO
- Partnering with local farmers to help them transition to a regenerative organic agriculture, and them growing ingredients for the bars.
- A School Garden Program
- Creation of organic ‘Mandala gardens to support the Sacha Munay Retreat Center
- Building a Pre-School
- Developing a Project to help Regenerate the Vilcanota River.
