Sometimes things change and you may not be able to attend a course you have booked and paid for. In this case there are a number of options available;
If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the course commencement, we will refund your course fee but deduct an
administration fee of 10% OR you can apply the full amount as credit towards a future course.
If you notify us less than 14 days prior to the course commencement we cannot provide a refund OR you can send
someone else in your place.
If we are is forced to cancel a course due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances you will immediately receive a full
refund. All refunds can take between 7-30 days to process.
- We can generally book in a consultation within two weeks of a request
- 50% payment required before we arrive
- Balance due day final design/report arrives
- Basic and Basic+ designs will be finished within one week of the consult
- Initial designs will be finished within ten days of the consult
- Full designs will be finished within 30 days of the consult
- 50% payment required before we begin
- The balance is due the day works completed (however part payments may be required for large jobs)
Preferred Payment Option
- Internet transfer or direct deposit is out preferred payment option.
- We will return and repair/replace any work that fails due to our workmanship for up to one year after installation
